Wanted to give Middleton branch 0 stars…
Wanted to give Middleton branch 0 stars but you can’t obviously so it’s 1 star, awful experience in Middleton branch today got two toiletries went to pay got to the only checkout open as it was nearly closing time I only went here as Wilkinson’s had shut don’t normally shop here but got to the almost to the checkout and this youngish man came from the isle opposite didn’t look to be waiting in queue in my opinion he was coming up as I was from round corner from them but I could see him with his girlfriend or wife whatever and young baby in pram I stopped looked at him and he looked at me and he had a basket full and more I thought He would say go one go in front which would make sense but no he started loading their stuff up on checkout and I said I was in front but he started saying I wasn’t he was he was not and she his girlfriend/wife started too and I just got so annoyed because they just wasn’t having it I basically was saying I was hear coming over first and I only have two items and not waiting while you put all that through still did not care they just was arguing and I was arguing with a raised voice at this point and checkout women said and did nothing to help allowed this to happen and I snapped pushing their stuff two end of conveyer and he were like that’s out of order that, I were like no it’s not and I tried to get checkout woman to put my two items through saying sorry I don’t normally behave this way because I don’t ever I’m very well behaved I’ve been brought up to be well mannered, polite and respectful that’s how I behave always till today because they were just carrying on that couple and checkout woman like I was stupid and out of order she refused to put my items through stuck them to side said nothing to me just stared at me like I’m stupid and told them I’m putting yours through I was like so your going to do nothing?all she did was call another woman to come on checkout and they just argued that I was over there hadn’t got to checkout and they were queuing no they were up Isle opposite on way down and I know you have to stand behind a line or spots on floor but I never got chance to see for them but I went back to the window after a few mins off leaving to see where they was apparently queuing and I was and there were these I think 3 spots to queue behind I guess and was nowhere they were waiting they were further back and others at this point were queued near each other in queue so i know it’s not me and I’m not sure they wore masks either and what they were doing bring young baby out in lockdown I don’t know I wouldn’t she were like we’ve got a baby yes well if they weren’t so rude and argumentative there would off been nothing to upset baby anyway baby wasn’t bothered he or she was best behaved very quiet but anyway they were packing I said you can check cameras but their like check them they didn’t care none of them gave a monkeys I said you just going to allow that to happen then as they went off to the checkout woman I was expected to go queue behind a formed queue in middle of this I didn’t I stood there the others waiting went to other woman that came I just paid for mine and went in the end if there’s staff to run more tills they should be doing so there was still plenty of people in near closing. I know I’m gabbing but I’ve been furious ever since for hours I’m on my own and they just ignoring me treating me like I’m stupid and they doing nothing but pleasing them selfs makes you feel more alone and no one cares lockdown and pandemics hard enough not being able to see family far way last thing you want is that uncaring selfish behaviour anyway it’s last time I go there very bad management of customers they obviously don’t know what to do in difficult situations and don’t care never again it’s left me feeling bad, guilty and like a nasty person in the wrong when I don’t think I was to be honest I keep going over it what they said doesn’t make sense I have anxiety issues so I don’t need this it’s something else they have no consideration for or care for so a big fat 0 stars and lost my custom I never do reviews normally but I was so disgusted and furious had to be done??back to update this review some weeks later still feel the same about this I know they don’t know about my anxieties and stuff but people should just stop and think maybe about these things don’t think they cared though still can’t make sense of it anyway if there was any wrong on my part I apologise but like I said I’m not like that normally it was a very confusing situation coming from the angle of the store I came from it’s impossible to see if there’s queues up the isle from there but they were a distance from till so what was I to think I think anyone would of been confused, they need to open a till that can have the queue seen not hidden at the end of the store I’m surprised it’s not happened before if not since can’t just be me going through that.?

RUDE INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been overcharged on several occasions in the Walkden store. I estimate they've conned me out of around £20 over the past 5 or 6 visits. I have lost patience with this ILLEGAL activity and I have made a complaint online to request a refund.

I received a response from Mark Loseby, with an alarming lack of sincerity. The disinterested tone of his email would be somewhat forgivable if he offered a refund. But no. He refuses to process a refund because of the following reason;
"Apologises for the error made by the cashier in this instance. We will not be offering compensation as this was a genuine error as the item had been reduced in price and the cashier scanned the wrong barcode." Duhhh yuh think? I am aware your cashier scanned the item incorrectly, that's why I'm making the complaint!

The best he can offer is a pathetic 50p voucher to use in their store. 50p! WOWWWW imagine all the goodies I can buy with fifty whole pence! So there's no offer to compensate me for the other £19.50 you've jipped me out of over the past few months? And even if they did offer the full £20 - I don't want a voucher! I want my money back, sent back to my bank account, that you have ILLEGALLY APPROPRIATED FROM ME!

I visited quality save in peel place in…
I visited quality save at peel place in Barnsley yesterday, the shop was very busy and the staff were doing a brilliant job keeping the shelves stocked up in what are very difficult times, the guy filling up the Christmas decoration section was very helpful and polite, the senior staff definitely let this store down, as while the guy on Christmas decoration section was filling up a senior colleague belittled him in a very unprofessional manor in front of customers, I think this is unacceptable behaviour in today's antibullying climate.

Unfriendly
Quality Save Store
Northwich.

Good points-
Store has a good range of products at very competitive prices.

Bad points-
Manager is rude and lacks diversity and discretion.
During the coronavirus pandemic I was assisting my visually challenged husband and she shouted at us in front of all the other customers telling us one had to leave the store. I tried to explain that my husband cannot manage shopping on his own due to his disability but she was not interested and he had to leave the store.
We emailed customer service about the incident and the area manager was assigned to deal with it. He sent us a generic email saying he had been to the store and all was in order, he also sent the exact same email to another customer and addressed her with my name!
Store layout is changed too often making it difficult to find things especially if you have visual or mobility issues.

Quality Save Wythenshawe Branch
I don't like the store as there's one particular member of staff that's extremely rude, a very large lady that always sits on the far cash register, she's unpleasant to be served my and I clocked pulling faces behind my back in front of other customers, she didn't know I saw her in the reflection of the window. It's not the greatest of areas to begin with but she really lowers the tone. Maybe you should send her for training at the city centre branch or Chorlton as they know how to treat their customers. HORRIBLE LAZY WOMAN.
